Hello guys, I get huge lag, when we start DM'ing or just shooting, I get lag, and with it I cant play! I can play, but its very boring, when someone shoots, shoots a missile, shoots with gun, crashes into each other or something, that is named SOUND. Let's say. I'm person B. Person A is going straight the street, but my internet goes slowly, and his car goes like underground, then again in ground... and that makes me lag. Or person A is shooting me, and I get lag, for sound, and etc... So I really want find solution, please help!!!
1) SA-MP version - GTA SA-MP 0.3e
2) Windows version - Windows XP SP3
3) Video card type - Nvidia Geforce Go 7300(I think so)
4) IP:Port (if any) of the server you are trying to play on - In all servers the same. In normal GTA everything is OK(Not SA-MP, SinglePlayer)
5) If you are crashing, paste the crash report in your post and say when the crash occurs - No crashes, just a lag or huge lag.
6) If you are crashing loading SA-MP, please say whether GTA:SA single player works (test it) - SinglePlayer works, SA-MP not crashing, just getting lag when someone crash in each other, shoots, etc...
7) Do you have any other GTA:SA mods installed? e.g. new vehicles - When i reinstalled GTA, same problem. With car mods, same too. I don't install any other mods than car mods. And it doesn't matter, it's just lag problem, because i reinstall, it keeps the same.

try removing your enb mods as even for old pc's with poor graphics card is not good

Okay. Explaining to another man who doesn't understand:
Ping is low, some servers 50 etc., every server different but in every lag same.
FPS when none shoots/crashes to ground or each other etc. is about 30-40... as my computer is old.(WITH ENB SAME)
Get it, I lag only when someone shoots or crashes on each other or something, that proccess is named sound...

idk did u try reinstall gta, samp and no mods.
does this happen in other games?
do u have packet loss or some lag check pingtest

If you have modifications, remove them. From your last post I'm under the impression that you're using ENB, which can put a strain on old-as-dirt computers/GPUs.
If you have no modifications and no background programs destroying your performance, it's probably time to upgrade.

@MasterMax - Tried reinstalling GTA and SAMP, this don't appear in other games, I don't lag just from that someone shoots in other games >.<. Everything is okay until someone shoots, crashes on something etc.
@RealCop - First, I'm using ENB only a few days a month. I usually never use it cause I usually dm/fun on servers, so I don't need it. It don't affects my PC and don't lags me alot, I can play with ENB normally, shoot/crash just lags me, just it.
@Paulito - Already did it alot of times.

Maybe it's the server problem same kinda thing happens to me on some servers.

Try removing the particles/effects produced when shooting, these are known to cause lag in some systems.
You'll want to be searching for a low quality particle mod or something, they're usually included on tutorials on how to boost FPS.

So you think all servers are with crappy hosts that can't handle my GOOD internet right now? My internet is crazy fast right now, as for me. Downloaded 5GB in 1hour or so, and I still lag in GTA when someone is dming/shooting/crashing into someone or each other with cars. >.< Logic...

Are you receiving FPS lag, or network lag? The problem you're describing sounds like FPS lag, but you're claiming network lag - I'm losing you here.

My fps are just amazing until someone shoots/crashes into someone or something or anything else. I expect, that that lag causes broken sound of game, as I got it, that previous times sounds were not so loud and broken, now it is much louder and sounds really different, can't say about car crashing, did it changed, as I don't remember the crash sound when I was playing without lag. I don't get network lag, especially when I will be again in maybe ~3 days or even faster. The internet will be fast as hell again, and I will still lag as same as I was. So how could I fix it? As I don't think effects can cause lag, I have much mods, but they even don't make me lag, just the sound. The effects ain't amazing at me as I think.
Also one more suggestion.
I have tried MTA also, having it long time ago, and I get strange lag from nothing, I lag for nothing, I can't figure out why, also - sound lag same is here too think so, so what's the problem of those two things? MTA uses GTA files, maybe they're broken? Is there a tool to scan are the GTA files broken/ripped or anything else? As I have missed radio stations some time ago, so I downloaded it... were stunned.
