Hi,
yesterday I've setted up a third-level domain DNS with my hosting company (like server.mydomain.org).
The web URL works and players could also connect by clicking "Connect", but it doesn't show up stats on on the client.

Make sure the DNS is connected already or the IP is wrongly set.

try to use without server. in front, just domain.com:7777

"mydomain.org" is my principal domain, with my homepage and forum. I've changed the DNS just to the third-level domain. It redirects to the dedicated server IP where the SA:MP server is running.

Did you edit the DNS A record or maybe a redirection record? Also try running "ipconfig /flushdns" without quotes in your cmd.exe under windows and then try again. Your computer might have cached the old address.

If you have the same server added but with the IP directly that will happen.

This is true as well. Run cmd.exe and type in

nslookup [the server domain]

If it returns your server's IP, it is working. If you have 2 of the same servers in your favorites (IP and a hostname pointing to that IP), only the one closer to top will query, and the bottom one will be ignored by samp to prevent flooding.
