How can i get people into my server ? I just made it and i dont know how to act...

The IP address you are using is local, nobody except you and people from your network can join, visit http://www.wieistmeineip.de/ for example, and copy that IP address to your friends, anyway the IP address you are using is probably not fixed, so it will change every day.
