I'd say mini-mode and y_properties should be priority. YSI Documentation should really be taken care by other scripters because you do not need that much of a knowledge to document YSI, just a lot of time, because much is already documented, and you already did a plenty of tutorials, so we can live with some stuff undocumented which, as I already said, could be documented by some decent scripters who have spare time on their hands. Arrays of strings is rather sscanf-specific and not as critical as y_properties and mini-mode which are high-level and would perhaps attract more scripters to use YSI.

Well that's one down already! I just released a major new version of sscanf here:

I'm going to spill an idea:

Path finding with object collisions? Something that hasn't been brought up yet efficiently, however I feel that you would ace something like this.

All the best.

An dff/col loader was another idea I had, but probably not.

This is offtopic I guess, but props to you Y_Less. You have been here for a long time, making great scripts to help not only yourself but others scripting easier. On top of that, you are doing thing such as this while working on a doctorate.

I suggest you to do what u want/need most, it's YOUR time after all, so spend it doing what u want/need to do. That's why I vote other (and in the bottom I think you need to rest and spend it on yourself).

And about YSI, I've already gave my opinion about it on an other topic. The problem ain't on YSI, it's on scripters.

I already saw alot of ppl asking for some kind of Anticheat. I mean, a Anticheat would be pretty useful at moment. In my opinion, that's the major problem at SA:MP right now.

The problem with this is, you can't make everything in PAWN possible when you are making an anti-cheat system.

I think you can stop posting there suggestions, because he said "one project", not "few projects" and he already did that one - updated sscanf.

How about building a streamer? Make it the best!

P.S.:

I am still as convinced as ever that YSI is by far the most powerful, flexible, and optimised framework written for SA:MP

You are so modest...but it's true anyway.

Did you feel like Santa? People are sitting here with their slow streamers, no object collision detecting, no nothing. Gray, boring scripting. And you're like HO HO HO!! What you guys want? And everyone telling their scripting dreams so you could make them come true.

By the way, any progress on any of the points?

Oh, loads of progress on many points (though I won't reveal some of it at the moment), including releasing several new sscanf versions.

As for the streamer, I've actually written 5 now!

Why not to complete one when you have free time and release it?

I've released several too! I wrote the first ever streamer for SA:MP (e_streamer) back when I was on the dev team (of course I had an advantage in that I also wrote the per-player object functions and so made the streamer before anyone else knew the ability existed). Then I wrote YSI_objects, which used some advanced algorithms to make it VASTLY better than other streamers at the time (even better than plugin ones). Then I wrote a plugin and released it, then I wrote another plugin and deleted it for some reason so had to recreate it.

Where's the source code of that e_streamer? I'm interested in seeing what it looks like.
