Yeah, I am quite buys at the moment. Yes it will be free as long the VPS is up, hosted by his company. I have not checked, but I guess it's 3-4 gb ram. Diskspace, uhm don't really know but it's Windows R2 Datacenter 2008. Just contact me for more information, uh.
