Hello I dont know if such thing exists ive been looking around but havent found anything for samp 0.3e I was wondering if anyone had a script where you can buy a plane ticket and travel to different citys

Just make a ticket system in your "PlayerInfo" for example [pTicket]. If a player has it, and he is in a range of some point then he can choose where he wants to go. Can't script that now but it seems easy for me, lol
