Is there any possible way to unban yourself from your own server, unipban yourself, through the ftp or control panel or something? Admin pin glitched and Ip banned me, :3

Yes, check your samp.ban file, open it in Notepad, and remove your IP. Then on rcon type (console)reload bans, or (InGame)/rcon reloadbans.
Doubt you will be IG doing the command, however...
