If it disappears right after you open it you must change your rcon-password in server.cfg from 'changeme' to something else.

Remove the filterscripts as they're not loading correctly.

try that^^

Take a look in server.cfg and Find 'filterscripts'. After that word you will see what filterscripts you want to load. Remove all those filterscripts.
