Megaupload coming back is like a direct and hard punch into the founders of the new internet anti-piracy laws.
Good to see that theres still some internet freedom left, though the megaupload founder is a real jerk.

From what I heard it won't be the same, they will now encrypt all files that are uploaded and only pass out the decryption key to the user, that way they can't possibly know what the users uploaded and so they hope to go free in a case of court.
As for old files being reinstated, I find that highly unlikely as the FBI ceised the servers, I doubt they'll release the data as it contains copyrighted material.

How could the government expect Megaupload to monitor 800 files each second? I think Megaupload did nothing wrong because they clearly informed the third-party user that they were not allowed to upload copyright material and they also gave the big companies direct access to their servers. I'm glad that they're coming back and I support Megaupload because it's a great software if you want to make personal backups or share non copyrighted material.
