Any flaws in this? and/or better ways to do it.

I scripted the following very quickly this morning so that I have a basic starter script to use in the future.
I am doing it so that it can bypass the "freeze" you get while connecting if you have (atleast from what i noticed) objects, and various other problems I've had in OnPlayerConnect..

So yeah can anyone see any flaws in this.. or better ways of doing it, the code should explain itself really..
