Click Start at MySQL, that is the MySQL server. Start apache as well.

Yea, my response was actually for a post 5 posts above mine. Anywho, your gamemode is just going into your gamemodes folder and from there you start it. However, you need to configure your gamemode to fit the mySQL database credentials so you can connect to it. That is all that is left.
