Every time I try to play SA:MP my favorites list servers always retrieve information. I tried to click on internet or hosted to see if just the server was down,but then the servers wouldn't appear in those tabs either. I've been trying to fix this problem for about a month now, searching on the internet trying to find a solution to my problem. I've reinstalled SA:MP, I have disconnected my internet and plugged it back in, and I restarted my computer many times. If you have any information on how to help me to solve this problem it would be very helpful.

Maybe they are down. 15 of the 17 servers in my favourites no longer exist on the ips stored..

Try turning off your firewall.

Check your filters. you likely have something typed in or ticked.

You were proberly putting wrong ip i guess

No, i have experienced this problem.
Re-install your GTA:SA and SA:MP. If problem is still there, go to My Documents/GTA San Andreas User Files/SAMP/USERDATA.DAT
In that file, delete all the things written down
NOTE : This deletes all your server IP in the faivorite section
