So.. i decided to clean my laptop up and install everything again. Before cleaning GTA SA was work fine.. now it won't start. The hourglass showing just for ~3 seconds and it hiding. i don't have even gta_sa.set file in GTA SA User files directory. Maybe someone knows the solution, please?
P.S
I tried a lot of things.. changing resolution, colour bits, run as, run with compatible (95/98 etc.)

Maybe you uninstalled a video driver or sound driver. Does this happens only with GTA SA?

o.0 i've installed all drivers without PCI Modem. And i've installed only SA, because i need it for SA-MP scripting. To play games i have PS3.
But.. i can play Pinball, Saper aswell.

Maybe you forgot to install Directx 9 if not, try deleting GTA SA User File and don't forget to save the screens

Well for me (when it used to happen) I launched the game and it didn't start (but changed the windows theme and the .exe was running in the task manager), I launched it again (without stopping it in the task manager) and it worked just fine, some times I had to do this 3 times, it just stopped doing it after some (a lot) time.

I have removed GTA SA User Files directory.. re-installed 10 times.. removed old files from SA before install again.
@Kimossab, not working at all.

1) Restore your PC. and reinstall SA
2) Uninstall the last driver or software you did and delete gta_sa.set and then try
3) Try re installing your OS.
Hope any of these works.
