We aren't "niggaz". We are people. And it's a bug in SA-MP. If you would've actually searched, then you would've know that.

it usually only shows when a players money changes drastically, it can be kinda annoying. the only way that you would be able to disable this is to disable player money entirely, and use some sort of textdraws to show money instead.
