@EDIT Atualize seus plugins Streamer/SSCANF e dк uma verificada rбpida em suas pastas para saber se elas realmente foram carregadas junto com o samp-server...


Vou entrar mais agora eu ja nao sei mais o motivo da criaзгo do tуpico sendo que vocк agora estб passando IP para logar, procure me mandar o server-log para poder ver o que estб acontecendo poste ele no pastebin POSTE INTEIRO...
