What are the definitions recommended for a server that has ~80 players?

onfoot_rate
incar_rate
weapon_rate
stream_distance
stream_rate

I remember Kye posting something explaining and the recommended ones, but I can't find it.

If i recall correctly, the default settings work up to 100 players, so you won't need to change until you cross 100.
