On other videos of SAMP I hear the other players talking, but never ever on mine...?

Is it to do with my GTA or is it a mod you can download?

If you mean actual voices, then it's most likely Teamspeak 3 or Ventrilo. Most large communities have their own servers for VoIP, so you can connect to that and talk with other players.

You can't talk directly to other players in SA-MP without using an external program.

I believe he's talking about those sounds when you bump into another character, and that character "says" something.

i know why if you have a illegally downloaded version of gta sa from the internet you won't be able to here the radio or pedestrian voices in singleplayer or multiplayer i know because i used to have the illegally downloaded version from the internet until i bought the game legally if you want to here voices and/or hear the car radio buy it legally.

That's BS. Maybe you unchecked the "audio" option in custom installation settings. Otherwise you used a bad download.

Or you bought it w/ money then downloaded a no-voices patch because you jsut wanted CJ to STFU :/

There voices come through in Single player tho. Not in SAMP, but once when i logged on to NGRP I was falling with CJ and he was screaming " Oh fuck no! "

So I dunno :/

I do actually mean the player models voices. tho.

that's weird voices are in singleplayer but not in SAMP weird
