I've a problem, I can use my mouse well but whenever I need to press ESC my mouse doesn't work. I have to re-log to make it work. Is there any solution for it?

Try to press ESC twice and see if it appears/move
Other than that, reinstall

try using a different mouse. it could be that the mouse drivers arent made for samp and they freeze when you press escape

Yes, after doing "ESC", you do retrieve a mouse freeze to move it around. What's best for me that works is that I press ESC again, then I return back to game and it moves correctly. That's the only option that's available. Otherwise re-installing GTA won't help..

Ok here is the real fix:
find sa-mp.cfg in you "GTA San Andreas User Files\SAMP" folder
and set multicore=0
worked for me. also i think you need to restart sa-mp after this
