when anyone does a command or a pm on the chat is sends a message to all saying what cmd they did or what they said in a pm to somebody so its not private. I cant find it in the script on how to fix it. and the script it huge.

Mostly it exists in admin scripts (e.g LuxAdmin) If you are using LuxAdmin then use /lmenu to configure it.
