when I used windows xp and the SAMP map editor has been working fine but when I installed Windows Seven the map editor working sux, max 5 fps, and I can't do anything :/ any idea?

Tell me what Graphics Card you have and what your Graphics Card Driver version is.

Did you istall all nesesery things to run a game like video card drivers,direcx ect..

Try installing DirectX 9.0 and update you're drivers.
