I can see more and more people complaining about their response time, but their average is still at 7 hours.
I guess they are working on your case, you should be patient.

If you reply to your ticket every few hours, you will not get the fastest response since our system will automatically bump you to the bottom of the pile.

It takes some time, sometimes, lol. It took them around 40 minutes one time, and around 12 hours the other, so i guess its just what day//time it is, and how lucky/unlucky you are.

I've never had any issues with Volt-Host responding.
