If you have many players from Europe, then choose location inside Europe.

Europe use Roubaix
Uk/Western Europe use Kent

Roubaix is in france, but the difference between Roubaix And Kent is that Kent is further away from eastern europe, and cant cover as much of europe as Roubaix does!
