hey static just trying out your guircon but does not work for me would you no why?

filterscript is done and in my server plugin is in too server.cfg is done aswell
port 8888 forwarded.

i click on "guircon_client" gives me a box asking fot - host ip-port-password.

Filled that all in clicked connect but nothink happens nothink ?

any ideas why its not doing anythink

i have read through this topic and no1 has replied with an answer so no1 is going to reply with any help to this either, but its worth a try right?

Here goes The problems is when i click connect 1 of 2 things happen
1. Error Connecting To Server

2. no message, but it prints user 0 disconnected due to ping timeout

The same as every1s elses problems
Any1 know wot needs to b added or whether it will ever work 4 me

EDIT: The above is wot happens with announce 0 but if i do announce 1 it wont even run the server (crash)
