First port forowrd your router and then goto www.whatismyip.com

Yes, it's online for you.If you want to check it open sa-mp and add your IP address to the favorites!
But only you can see your server and only you can play on it.Others cannot see your server on Internet list(Your server isn't hosted to see on Host list).

You have to port-forward to get you server to Internet list(Then here players can see your server on Internet list) here are you go "How to port-forward".There you get clearly information's about it.
After you done you have to find your Remote/Public IP address.To find it click Here.
Now you have to put that IP on sa-mp favorites list.If it says "Retrieving information..." that means you didn't done in port forwarding(Something you do wrong).If you it work(Your server name comes when you put Remote IP) then no problem you done.

You can play on your server by this IP = 127.0.0.1:Put port here.Make sure server is ON!(Because some's can't play on there Public IP)

I already had routers which are listed there, and they don't help a f###
If you wanna port forward, go to your router => nat(most likely) => port forward and perform your port forward.

Agreed, becouse that program is just FACK . no thing else and it is totally not working.Just for nameless.
