Why would you like to do that? xD I don't see any use of it.
I don't think there is any function for that, you could always make one yourself but i think that's pretty hard.

I would like to move an canon attached in vehicle
MoveObject is based on the map, so i can script one function but i need to freeze the vehicle, its not good :/
