The original Ferris wheel is not removed because the RemoveBuildingForPlayer(... is OnFilterScritpInit ();
Move the script to your gamemode or place RemoveBuildingForPlayer(... in OnGameModeInit(); on your GM! I placed the Script to my GM and this worked for me! Good luck!
