I want to make some ranks, admin ranks or whatever.
If someone pleased and made me a full script with defining ranks and some commands 'ex: '/money' 'giveplayermoney1000'
and these stuff.

Would be much appreciated, or even if someone sended a link, or something
WARNING: I need STRCMP please, and don't tell me how great is dcmd :P just that.

STRCMP is bad.
ZCMD and SSCANF is better for things where you need to set money and levels.
