Updated the National Guard Base(as seen in Ravens Roleplay) to a more fitting base.
Added Runway
Added Subbase
added new walls and gates
Removed the clutter
Took out the three hangers
Took out the Left building(For parking of new vehicles)
Added Vehicles
Made it accessable by only the bigger bridge
Whole Island is now base
