Decided to try my hand at making a Flak gun system over the weekend:

Disclaimer
This filterscript uses a LOT of objects and a very fast timer. Although it is created to allow for the user to adapt it, it may still be reasonably demanding, especially on object numbers. With large numbers of players being shot at, at once, this filterscript could easily cause your server to reach it's maximum object limit.
Use
This is a filterscript like any other, retrieve the code from the below link, compile and add it to your filterscripts line in your server.cfg
