Still waitng for replies even i'm still using UDK.
It's more of a preference. I like Cry Engines graphics better then UDK, one of the main reasons for me switching to cry engine to develop my first game. I also like that you get the "full" version of cry engine for free, unlike UDK where you cannot view the C++ code. I don't want to learn another coding language on top of C++. I want to start making the game ASAP. I've also read that if you want to commercial a product/game with cry engine the royalties are 20% and in UDK the royalties are 25%(after $50,000 in sales). And on the other hand UDK offers more flexibility, and is easier to use. Cry Engine when you create new levels it starts with a ocean, and its designed for games to be on islands. You can create any game in Cry Engine, but you need to do more work to achieve this, and it crashes a lot. Unreal Engine/UDK you can start from a blank map which I prefer, more tutorials, easy to install, and is just more flexible. There is also a lot more users that use unreal engine, so if you are planning to build a team for a game then unreal engine is the way to go. I hope you got my opinion.

Yes tannk you so much T0pAz. Indeed we're planning to be 25 - 30 people on developing not only me. I've tried CryEngine but is the most difficult game engine around plus the free version doesn't give you much stuff. This mean i keep my work on UDK. Thanks everyone.
