Well i'm just wondering what the biggest (features wise) and Best script there is available for download... Anything better then for example (not saying it is good or anything) Citywide roleplay.

I agree with that, if you go and play the same GM over and over every time, you just go and get bored, but if you play a pretty crappy server that is custom, it might not have as many features, but is it diffrent, like im making a server for the fun of it too take away my bordism, and im getting idea and such from the Godfather DM

If you are the scripter on your own server, You can do what ever you want.

Actually they do. Go with GF if you want a "big" script but if you do use GF, you won't get any players. If you create your own, it will be unique and will appeal to many.

2. Its a official and its offline ?
