I want to make my own elevator/lift script and make sure it stops when told to stop
commands
/elevup and /elevdown and i want to make a script that the elevator breaks down like
/elevcrash and only by admins.

There is an elevator FS that comes in the windows server package. If you're half decent at scripting, you can modify it or learn from it to create your own system. If you're not good at scripting, you should read pawn_lang.pdf and / or read some basic tutorials before proceeding.
