I was thinking of buying a new phone within a range of INR 15000(279 US Dollars) so i was thinking which should i buy Samsung Galaxy Ace or htc Wildfire S?

I'd suggest the Galaxy Ace, the processor is better, it's a slightly more popular phone, more developers will release specific apps for the device.

Though, if they're not your only two choices, I'd suggest taking a look at the Samsung Galaxy Nexus.

Hard choice. The choice isn't between Wildfire and Nexus but it's a fight between HTC and Samsung. And when it comes to these two it becomes real hard. But I would personally go with HTC with a better UI. If you get confused between these two just do: random(2);
