Hi,

I have a very weird problem with my SA-MP Server. It works only randomly. Sometimes, when i start my computer and put the server online, it works like a charm. But then, when i shutdown my computer and start it again next day, the server doesn't work. I have A-LINK WNAP 3G (b) mobile router and Huawei E367 mobile router. I have set Port Forwarding from my router's control page to port 7777, that is the port i am using.
Today it works well, but yesterday i couldn't get it work any way i tried. Does anybody else have the same problem? And does anybody know how to fix it?
And sorry my bad english, anybody couldn't help me in Finnish forums so i writed here.

Edit. i forgot to mention; i have an older computer and a laptop. Server works now only with my new computer, not with the older or my laptop. How to get it work with all my computers?

Edit. 2 now i noticed that when i change port forwarding IP from 192.168.1.100 to 192.168.1.101 the server stops working with my new computer, and it starts to work with my laptop. And when i change it ending to .102 the server starts to work with my old computer. So, that problem is solved. But why it is still working only randomly, even if port forwarding settings are okay?

You need to be with windows xp(sp3), vista(sp2), 7(sp1). Or linux(recomended). And explain more for the server, did it give you any error or it opens but it closes the second you rin it ? And wich script are you using ?

Do not use wireless connections (especially USB Modems) for hosting. Will be a complete fail. Plug in your LAN cable, forward the ports and run your server. You probably also have a dynamic IP, which means it will change each time you connect it to internet.

I use WinXp in all of my computers. When it doesn't work, it just simply doesn't give me any information about server. It looks like it's offline.
And what do you mean which script am i using?

Yeaa, i know it isn't a good idea to use USB Modem for hosting, but that's the only way i can use internet.
And how i can change to IP which doesn't change?

Of course it does, because you are not using the correct IP. As your IP changes each time you connect your USB Modem.

No, you didn't get what i meant. So if i do like that:

1. Go to whatismyip.com and check my IP.
2. Turn on SA-MP server by clicking samp-server.exe-file
3. Go to SA-MP 0,3d
4. Click "add sever" in SA-MP
5. Write the IP i got from whatismyip.com + : and my port number 7777
6. Click "OK"

And still i can't see it online (sometimes like today i can, but mainly i can't).
What's wrong?
