This is not a bug in sa-mp but your script.

Put on something like.. crashdetect and post in your thread about your timer ISSUE.

You should run the crashdetect plugin like Jernej said: https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=262796 you have to compile the script with debug symbols, information on how to do that can be found in that topic.

When i put sscanf and streamer plugin load in first, crashdetect put this :
