1. Still using strcmp + ignoring (or no knowledge about ) the length paramter of this function

I totally agree with Mr_Scripter. Since this is a tutorial for "Some Commands for Beginners", you should explain why did you do something. If else people can't learn from seeing a finished code and paste it to his/her gamemode or FS.
If you had an explanation for those commands, they can see how you have it and what this does to use it in the future.
