Your hosting should have the ability to create MySQL databases. And you must transfer it to the file server.

If you have the ability to backup the database at your free forum host (doubtful), you should use that feature to export and then import your posts, members, etc, to your new forum. If there's no such option, you're pretty much screwed and everything will be lost.
