After re-installing my Windows XP, my DVD Rom doesent read CDs and when im watching videos on *******, my computer freezes and i get this error:

I can't see the image because it's blocked for me.

BTW, In my opinion, not everyone is a computer nerd. Take some VFX experts as an example. They're awesome! (Not a nerd at all)

Read the crash report to see whats wrong. The image is too fucked up to see it.

Yes its blue screen of death, i had it. Arent 100% sure though..
