Learn html, it's almost like BBcode. You could use a CMS, then you don't have to design anything. (look at linuxthefish.net)

Your website will look shitty, the code is horrible, the domain is not even a domain and it may be filled with ads. I don't know why people stick to such crappy things, it would be much better to register at Blogger, Wordpress or any other free blog. Having .blogspot is much better than free4foryou.yourdomain.com
But if you're just looking to post some random stuff then I guess it'll be fine.
