btw. also when i start it as admin i start the samp and than the gta with the l> button
when i do that it starts up the white screen and than normal menu

This is because you are not running GTA:SA 1.0. You need to downgrade first.

Tried that.
The patcher says:

This program cannot patch the installed version of san andreas
because of the following reason:

To answer the topic, try downloading Hoodlums cracked .exe (search in ******) I use it, loads the game up faster and you don't need to keep putting the disc in every time you want to run the thing. Might work. However, on another note, you should just buy the game .. I mean DAMN, I got a mint limited edition box copy of it with a hardback guide for 99p .... NINETY-NINE PENCE.
