Heyoh!
So I bought a website and I have other one, is it possible to transfer everything aka posts, topics and other stuff etc from the old one to the new one?

Simply install SMF on the other webserver and then import the MySQL database from your old MySQL server to your new one, just make sure you have the same prefix settings and stuff otherwise you might encounter issues.

yes you have to insall it on there again and import the backup from the other site
if you just want to link both websites that would be a bit more complex...
