Any ideas why sometimes my CPU Usage turns 100% sometimes? And my PC simply freezes, can barely move a mouse muscle!

Does task manager show any process when everything freezes? If not, I'm guessing you are infected. Ill post what I have on another topic.
However It could be a case of an Anti-Virus.
Download TFC TO YOUR DESKTOP!
Close everything
Open TFC
Click start for it to run through your Temp files, and remove everything. (This totalled to around 1GB on my PC).
Let TFC run, don't interrupt it.
TFC will then automatically restart your PC. (If not restart it yourself).
Download SuperAntiSpyware
Install SuperAntiSpyware and let it update if there is any (Important).
Once installed and ran, press the Scan your computer button.
Do a COMPLETE SCAN of your PC.
This may take a few hours, so do it overnight if it effects your PC performance.
Remove anything found.
Download Malwarebytes' AntiMalware.
Run through and install Malwarebytes.
Make sure you Update the software.
Press Perform Full Scan
This may take a few hours, so do it overnight if it effects your PC performance.
Once finished clean all found, and restart your PC.
Finally, run a online scan with ESET Online Scanner
You will need to run this under Internet Explorer.
Go through, accept terms etc, start.
Allow the ActiveX control to install
Make sure that the options Remove found threats and the option Scan unwanted applications is checked

Some tips from the internet:
Without adding RAM, you can significatly improve your system's performance with the things listes below.
- Always have Up-to-date Virus engine and Scan periodically or as needed.
- Spybot, Ad-Aware, Spywareblaster, CrapCleaner are all things you should never be without.
- Check your startup items (msconfig) for TSR's or memory hogs and disable them.
- Make sure Windows registry is uncluttered.
- Empty the Recycle Bin
- Delete .tmp files, run CHKDSK,and DEFRAG as needed.
- Delete files that begin with a tilde. When cleaning the system of garbage files, check for any files beginning with a tilde (~). Make sure all your applications, such as word-processing, spreadsheet, and graphics programs, are closed first, since sometimes the temporary file you are currently viewing uses a tilde. If the applications are closed, the tilde files can be deleted.
- Delete old .zip files that are'nt needed.
- Delete .chk files, and switch the swap file. If you've got permanent swap files, it's sometimes a good idea to set the swap file back to temporary and then permanent again to clean out any garbage.
- Check browser history and cache files. Check that the user history files and Internet cache settings are set properly (cache size). Delete the cache files and history files then reset the history files to no more than three days unless you specifically need to store that information
longer. By freeing up the cache, downloads from the Web actually speed up since there is more space available to store the temporary files. Clean out Windows temporary Internet files.
- Update drivers as needed. Make sure you've installed the latest drivers for your devices.

This also clearly is not a RAM issue if everything is closed and random CPU Spikes are occurring.

Operating system? Have you manually monitored your task manager with the CPU percentage used? And yeah, be smart enough to make it so everything that uses something goes to the top. Therefor, click on the column.

Don't download unnecessary crap that you don't need. I'm assuming you already have an anti-virus and anti-malware/spyware programs. If not, then yes, download them. If you already have some, reliable, ones, don't bother. They'll most likely conflict with each other leading to more problems.
Open Task Manager > Processes. Click 'Processes from all Users'. Go through the list looking for processes that are taking up a lot of the CPU usage. If you see a process with a particularly large number in the CPU column, that's a hint. See what User Name the process is running under, which is another column in the tab. If it is being run as a SYSTEM process, then your best bet is to look up the process online and see what information you can find about it. If it's not, then it's a random program that way be running that is using unusually large amounts of CPU. Look the process up as well and see if it runs along a program, or if it's documented as a known virus. You can also 'right click > properties > Open file location' and see the location of that particular process (on older Windows versions, not XP (at least not the SP I'm running)).
A question I have; Are these spikes for a couple seconds, a few minutes, or how long? If its a couple seconds, it could just be some processes from Windows or other important programs running, that's not that big of a deal (like a couple processes regarding my network will spike my CPU to about 45% every minute or so for a few seconds).
In conclusion, do research on the process(es) that are hogging your CPU, and don't download unnecessary things that will only put more stress on your computer.

The problems sticks untill I reset my computer, it is, however, not something that happens really often, just sometime.
Also, I haven't used an Anti-Virus for a long time, because I don't download as much as the average people do.
Used to use an anti-virus but got bored of updates, and also my computer was running slow, it is a crappy 7 years old one, not gonna change it, don't have the funds for this.
