Do you mean FTP or a File Manager application? Most hosts have both (if they don't, I'd imagine they're not much of a game host).

As iLinx said every game hosting company does it because if they wouldnt you wouldnt be able to send ur stuff so what would be the point of making that kind of hosting company.
Either way I recommend Volt-Host & KingJ
