Oke i always have been using sa-mp fine till now, now i cant start up.
I press connect and not even a fraction of a sec later i get a crash report.
This is what i have tried:
*I have reinstalled sa.
*I have reinstalled sa-mp.
*I have renamed the directory/samp.exe.
*I have deleted the samp.exe and installed samp.exe again.
*I have reinstalled samp again.
*I have reinstalled sa again.
ps.:
The letter size is sow big because many people are blind and will say:
"Have you reinstalled gta?"
EDIT:
I have found that mta wont work either, sow it must be my normal gta.
EDIT2:
*I have restarted my pc.
EDIT3:
*I have removed gta_sa.set.
*i have ran it as administrator.

Did you ever try to RESTART YOUR COMPUTER? Try that before trying ANYTHING else.
If that doesn't work try to rename the GTA San Andreas directory from; C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas (in some cases C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas) or wherever you installed it, to something else.
Like change the folder 'GTA San Andreas' to 'GTA San Andreas1' or anything else you can come up with.

Try go to GTA San Andreas User Files and remove gta_sa.set file.
Try running SA-MP as Administrator, aka Right-click->Run as Administrator (even if you are administrator)

Well, i found something interesting. i have two pcs, and i7 930 and an amd phenom x2 which i had running x64( this is the one with your similar problem) i downgraded the OS to x86 (32 bit) and this allowed this computer to run sa-mp... im really not sure why this worked but it did. SO it is possibly a 64 bit bug. although my i7 pc runs sa-mp flawlessly.

31-bit CPU's were never created, so u cannot have 31-bit. And you cannot just "downgrade", u'd need to reinstall Windows completely.
It's not a 64-bit bug, i've been running SA-MP on 64-bit the past 3 years, and SA-MP doesn't even run in 64-bit mode since it's a 32-bit program.

This was tried, the true solution was reformatting the PC and installing windows 7 32bit. but if you want to list some more solutions please do I'm sure there are others in need of this info.
