ok so im working on a original script and,i already know how to chnge spawn but i dont know coordinates,could somebody give me the code for making people spawn on top of mt.chilliad?

go to chilliad and type /save, then goto GTA user files and get the coords.

Asking people to get coords for you isn't going to get you anywhere. Go IG and do /save on top of Mount Chilliad.
