its works just fine for me, make sure you didnt press f7 before taking screenie

Yes I have installed weapons pack, premier mod and a text that shows my location which is cleo.

It was working for me until I installed the body guard skin and I forgot to backup the original one so I had to extract the original bodyguard skin from another gta3.img
