Download the latest SA-MP Server Includes and replace 'samp-server.exe (0.3b)' to 'samp-server.exe (0.3c)'

It's pretty straight forward...
Download the new 0.3c package..
Place all of your necessary ingredients (Gamemodes, Filterscripts etc..) in the new 0.3c package
Open pawno.exe, File > Open > Open your game mode.
Hit F5
Start your server, start scripting what ever you desire into your script.
