Try redownloading it. If that does not work, you can try contacting the owner of it (in this case, Incognito, you're using streamer plugin, right)

Sounds like someone is using a VPS.. time to load up Windows Update and install all of those much needed updates.

( Check out Windows updates, You need to update your shit. When you do this everything should work. Usually they do a fresh install of the OS without the updates. Which is really stupid and not effective at all.. But yeah. If you don't use a VPs then create a ticket for whatever company you do use. )
