Well, I just re-installed SA:MP. And it keeps freezing on the loadscreen whenever I try and connect to a server, I have the correct version, etc. And the only mods I have installed are:
SRT3 Final.
And a few various vehicle mods that I've used forever.

NOTE: I was able to get it working earlier. Once. But that was it.

It just let me into a server, but it crashed shortly after, and the bug still persists.

...have you tried a clean install?
