Run time error 19 usually means that you have a plugin missing.

There was no need to show the whole script, you've a missing plugin. What plugins you're trying to use?

He's using sscanf.. Look dude that folder is the SOURCE CODE, not the actual plugin. You need to put sscanf.dll in plugins folder and sscanf2.inc in pawn\include folder. That one you show, is useless.
